It all began one Sunday morning during a park Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice, when a Qi Gong and Kriya Yoga mentor commented on what they called my “healing hands.” That moment sparked a deep curiosity in me—one that led to years of study and immersion in holistic healing practices.
Nearly 15 years later, I’ve had the privilege of practicing and teaching Jikiden Reiki, a hands-on healing modality known for its ability to reduce pain, inflammation, and stress, while supporting mental wellness and spiritual alignment. My journey deepened after a life-altering car accident in 2011– one of many Shamanic Initiations into a cross cultural Shamanic perspective, which left me with significant injuries and ignited a personal commitment to healing—not just for myself, but for others.
My passion lies in supporting the balance and well-being of body, mind, and spirit. This has inspired a continual exploration of topics such as body mechanics, fascial networks, strength and mobility training, and how we can use these tools in our everyday lives to cultivate healthier, more joyful living.
By weaving together energy work, therapeutic massage, and Shamanic healing, I’m able to approach chronic and acute conditions from a deeply integrated perspective. Each session I offer is crafted intuitively and intentionally, often blending modalities such as deep tissue therapy, craniosacral work, Reiki, Shamanic techniques, and hydro-Jade therapy—always tailored to the unique needs of each client.
My own journey—from chronic physical pain and emotional disconnection to a life of balance and wholeness—has become the heart of my work. It’s my greatest joy to help guide others toward that same sense of wholeness, because I truly believe balance is something we all deserve.
